Veremark Raises $26M in Series B Funding

Veremark, a London, UK-based provider of a background screening, whistleblowing, and credential verification system, raised $26M in Series B funding.

The round was led by Gresham House Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to drive further investment in new products, AI, and further enhance its global expansion.

Led by CEO Daniel Callaghan, Veremark is a company connecting background screening, whistleblowing, and credential verification into one system. While performing background checks on new candidates for companies across the globe, it also helps businesses rescreen existing employees.

Launched in London in 2020, the company now employs 200 people, has seven offices worldwide, including the UAE, New Zealand and the Philippines and works with more than 6,000 clients globally.
