Radima is a Senior Associate who joined Ardent in 2020. She focuses on project management and deal execution in the eCommerce sector.

Prior to this, she worked in Barclays Fixed Income Research, covering the Consumer and Retail sector.

Radima has a BSc from the London School of Economics in Accounting & Finance and is a CFA Charterholder.
